Step 2: Identify how you, as coaches, will exemplify and reinforce these core values.​

The key is to gain awareness of self and of others, and establish positive norms and activities that actively promote team values, eventually evolving into self-perpetuating rituals.

Over the course of just two days, you will deepen and improve your understanding of and communication with your fellow coaches and players, culminating in a clear cultural strategy for the future.
